Food Crush is written and published by Amy McIntosh – a writer, cook and avid foodie who hails from Sydney, Australia. Amy originally launched the blog as Amy’s Cookbook in July 2010. The original idea behind it was to create an online chronicle of her cooking pursuits. What started on a whim has become a full-blown love affair and was reborn as Food Crush in January 2012. Amy is sensitive to wheat, so you’ll find lots of wheat and gluten-free recipes on the site as well as product, restaurant and cafe reviews.
